2. Formas de pago / Payment options:
A) Mediante transferencia bancaria a cualquiera de las dos cuentas / Bank transfer to any of the following bank accounts:

B) Mediante tarjeta de crédito (a través de nuestra web) / Credit Card (through our website).
C) Fraccionando el pago en recibos mensuales (a través de nuestra web) / Monthly billing (through our website).
Para las modalidades A y B se requiere un depósito de 600€ (cursos en España) o 1.200€ (cursos en el extranjero) en el momento de la inscripción (por favor, envíe copia de todos los justificantes de pago a Travel‐Sponsoring). La inscripción quedará confirmada cuando se haya recibido el depósito y la hoja de inscripción debidamente cumplimentada. En ese momento le enviaremos un recibo por la cantidad pagada. En ambos casos, el pago total de los cursos se deberá realizar antes del 31 de mayo. Para la modalidad C de pago fraccionado deberán notificarnos su cuenta corriente y nombre del titular de la misma, con el fin de proceder al cobro de los recibos. El recibo será cargado del 1 al 5 de cada mes, siendo el último en julio. El plazo máximo para acogerse a esta modalidad de pago será el 15 de abril / For options A and B it is required a deposit of 600€ (camps in Spain) or 1200€ (camps in other countries) when registering the student (please send copy of all payment documents to Travel Sponsoring). The registration will be complete once the deposit has been received and also the form properly filled in. At that moment we will send a receipt for the amount paid. In both cases, A and B, the total payment of the camp must be done before May 31st. For the C option (monthly billing) you must confirm us bank account and its holder name, in order to bill the corresponding amount monthly. Bills will be charged from the 1st to the 5th each month, being the last one in July. The deadline to take this option is April 15th.
3. Los gastos bancarios correrán por cuenta del cliente / Any bank expense wil be assumed by the client.
4. Asegúrese de que el nombre del alumno figura en su transferencia bancaria o cheque / Please make sure the name of the student registered appears in any bank transfer of cheque.
5. Los precios en los cursos de EEUU están sujetos a posibles variaciones como consecuencia de la fluctuación del dólar. Estos precios están calculados al cambio de 1€ = 1.35$ / Prices for camps in the United States of America are subject to changes according to currency rates. Prices are calculated at 1€ = 1.35$ currency rate.
6. La cancelación efectuada antes del 31 de mayo tendrá derecho a la devolución de las cantidades pagadas hasta el momento menos 300 € de gastos de administración. Del 1 de junio al inicio del curso, se devolverá el 50% del importe total del curso. Una vez iniciados los cursos, ninguna causa dará derecho a la devolución del dinero pagado / Cancellation of a student’s registration confirmed before May 31st will give the right to be refunded all amout paid, deducing 300€ as administration expenses. Cancellation from June 1st to the beginning of the camp will give the right to be refunded the 50% of the total price of the camp. Once started the camp, no cancellation reason will give the right to be refunded.
7. No nos hacemos responsables de las pérdidas de material y ropa de los alumnos. Para evitar confusiones, recomendamos marcar tanto la ropa como el material de sus hijos / We are not responsible for any materials or clothes loss. To avoid any confusion, we strongly recommend to mark clothes and any material.
8. Se autoriza expresamente a TRAVEL SPONSORING S.L. a utilizar el material audiovisual en el que aparezca el alumno para promoción o publicidad de sus programas / Hereby, TRAVEL SPONSORING S.L. is expressly entitled to use any audiovisual material apearing the student, for promotion or publicity purposes.
9. Se autoriza expresamente a TRAVEL SPONSORING S.L. a poner en contacto al cliente con la Agencia Oficial de Viajes de Cursos Travel Deporte / Hereby, TRAVEL SPONSORING S.L. is expressly entitled to put in contact the customer with the Official Travel Agency of Travel Deporte Camps .
10. Disciplina: TRAVEL SPONSORING S.L. está autorizada a cancelar en cualquier momento la participación del alumno en el curso contratado en el caso de que éste no respetase los requisitos de asistencia académica o las normas de convivencia y disciplina establecidas para el curso. Los gastos originados por el retorno del alumno expulsado correrán a cuenta de sus padres o tutores. Prohibido hacerse piercings, tatuajes o prácticas similares durante el curso / Discipline: TRAVEL SPONSORING S.L. is entitled to cancel at any moment the participation of a student in a camp, in case the mentioned student does not respect the attendance academic requirements or the coexistence or discipline regulations established for any camp. Any expenses incurred when returning home a student thrown out will be assumed by his/her parents or legal tutors. It is forbidden to make any piercing, tatoo or similar during the camp.
11. Tratamientos médicos. El alumno inscrito deberá informar con antelación a TRAVEL-SPONSORING S.L. si necesita tratamiento médico o farmacológico durante su estancia en el curso. En el caso de que, durante el desarrollo del curso, el alumno necesite tratamiento médico o ser internado o intervenido quirúrgicamente sin que TRAVEL-SPONSORING S.L. haya podido localizar a sus padres o tutores, la organización queda autorizada para tomar las medidas que considere más oportunas para la salud del alumno / Medical administration. The student must report TRAVEL-SPONSORING S.L. in advance about any medical or pharmacological treatment required during the camp. In case the student needs medical treatment or procedure, of any kind, during the camp, and when TRAVEL-SPONSORING S.L. is not able to contact parents or tutors, the organization will then be authorised to take the deemed decisions thinking on the student’s health.
12. Las actividades opcionales de cada curso deberán tener un mínimo de 10 inscritos para llevarse a cabo. En caso de cancelación de alguna actividad por este motivo, el alumno deberá escoger cualquier otra de las actividades ofrecidas en el curso en el que se ha inscrito / Optional activities at each camp must meet a minimum of 10 students to be carried out. In case of cancellation due to this reason, the student must choose any other activity among those offered at the same camp.
13. Los cursos deberán tener un mínimo de 25 inscritos para llevarse a cabo. En caso de cancelación por este motivo, se devolverán los importes pagados hasta la fecha de cancelación / Any camp will need to have registered a minimum of 25 students to be carried out. In case of cancellation for this reason, all amount paid up to the cancellation date will be refunded.
