Majorca

The camp at Majorca is being carried out since 1995, and is currently our most traditional one. The camp is set for girls and boys from 10 to 18 years, and held from the 3rd to the 20th of July 2012. Students will be residing at Hotel Delta, in front of the sea, next to Maioris Golf.  

For the local residents, we introduce the non-boarding option, where the student can live at home and attend the camp daily (from Monday to Sunday). Please consult conditions.

ACCOMMODATION
Hotel Delta (www.hdelta.com) is located in the real state Puig de Ros, closed to El Arenal beach and in front of the sea. It offers 3 outdoor swimming pools and one indoor, games area, ping-pong, TV/DVD rooms, nightclub, animation programs, tennis, multisport area, mini-golf and gym. The rooms have 3 beds, with own bathroom, terrace and air conditioning. Pupils can choose roommate before the 31^st of May. When not indicated, the room will be assigned according to age.

ACTIVITIES
Students at Majorca Camp have to choose a Main Activity and an Optional Activity (Main Activity and Optional Activity may be the same one, except in the English case, becoming then an Intensive course on the chosen sport):

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• GOLF: 4 hours of daily lessons from Monday to Friday, under the TPI methodology, Titleist Performance Institute (www.mytpi.com) delivered by certified instructors. It will take place at Golf Maioris (www.golfmaioris.com). There will be held one competition a week.
• TENNIS: 4 daily lessons from Monday to Friday, offered by SITT Tennis Academy (www.sitt.es) conducted by Tierry Hutin, and located at the facilities of the Hotel Delta. It has 6 clay tennis courts. There will be held one tennis competition.
• PADDLE TENNIS: 4 daily lessons from Monday to Friday, offered by SITT Academy (www.sitt.es) graduate teachers at Golf Maioris facilities, with 4 paddle tennis courts. It will be held a paddle league.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES

• GOLF: 3 hours of daily lessons from Monday to Friday, under the TPI methodology, Titleist Performance Institute (www.mytpi.com) delivered by certified instructors. It will take place at Golf Maioris (www.golfmaioris.com). There will be held one competition a week.
• ENGLISH LANGUAGE:3 daily lessons from Monday to Friday, taught by graduate teachers. Groups of 10 students divided in ages. Lessons are carried out at the hotel conference halls.
• SAILING: 3 daily hours from Monday to Friday, carrying out a Light Sailing course at the Club Náutico S’Arenal (www.cnarenal.com), run by the Balearic Federation Sailing Academy. Students will obtain a degree certificate according to the achieved level.
• TENNIS: 3 daily lessons from Monday to Friday, offered by SITT Tennis Academy (www.sitt.es) conducted by Tierry Hutin, and located at the facilities of the Hotel Delta. It has 6 clay tennis courts. There will be held one tennis competition.
• PADDLE TENNIS: 3 daily lessons from Monday to Friday, offered by SITT Academy (www.sitt.es) graduate teachers at Golf Maioris facilities, with 4 paddle tennis courts. It will be held a paddle league.

OTHER ACTIVITIES
Besides the selected options, the pupils at Majorca camp will be enjoy different activities such as swimming pool, football, volleyball, board games, night activities, karaoke and during the weekends excursions to the beach, aquapark, cinema…
