Travel Golf Camps were created 18 years ago, with the attendance of 90 children in Izki, Álava. Since then we have to incorporated new centres so that this year we can provide over 900 places for juniors.
Due to the success of the camps, in 1996 we signed an agreement with the Royal Spanish Golf Federation, so that Travel Golf Camps are now the Official Courses of the Federation. Additionally, we were recognized with the prestigious Golf Merit Award in 2005.
Golf is the main activity at Travel Camps. From the beginning, Jesús Arruti has been the technical director, who will attend personally the Mallorca, Pamplona and Cost Brava Camps. As golf directors of the several Camps, we have prestigious professionals: Fernando Núñez, Ricardo Boada, Sergio de Céspedes, Amaia Arruti, Freddy Lilly and his academy “Fresh Golf”, and Gary Gilchrist with his academy in Orlando.
One of the aspects of the camps of which we are most proud, is that we have managed to bring more than 9000 children to the game of golf. Over 40 of those have represented Spanish Golf National Teams, including Alejandro and Pablo Larrazábal, Alvaro Velasco, Carlos Aguilar, Eduardo de la Riva, Jorge Campillo, Carlota Ciganda, Azahara Muñoz, Amparo Gala, Emma Cabrera and Beatriz Recari.

Once finished the Camp, the student will receive a DVD with his golf lessons, and also a large and attractive photo report about all activities developed.
Another point we would like to emphasize is the all round educational aspects of the camp, fellowship with other students in team events, self-discipline, contact with students from all regions of Spain and foreign students. We can guarantee that families leave their children with an organization focused on their care and integral education. We are extremely proud of the satisfaction expressed by children and parents at the end of the camps.
